I am not going to put in the whole thread about your frame with the roller cable guides on the BB. I did have this idea.
There are cable clamps that are placed on the down tube when bar cons are used. What if you used one of those just above the roller guide on your BB? You could have wire going in, and housing running to the FD. There may even be one-sided clamps available.
