On the contrary, many list members have ordered lots of stuff from Renaissance and been very pleased. They did have a couple of times when their computer crashed, and they were unable to return email for perhaps a week, so perhaps that was your problem. Because of the extremely slow mail from Netherlands to US, it sometimes also takes a month from shipping to receive an order, but I've always received the goods, exactly as ordered, usually with a few little "freebies" thrown in. Cecile and Baron are in the process of moving the operation from Netherlands to the US, so I don't know if they are taking orders right now.

Renaissance Cycles (owned by CR list member Baron Corpuz) sells some Mavic derailleur parts. Go to http://www.renaissance-cycles.com.
