The Cinelli spacer is uncommon, and as far as I've seen its been primarily used on Cinelli headsets. I doesn't mean that some previous owner replaced the Cinelli headset and kept the washer in order to maintain as certain level of panache.

It is installed on my late 60s - early 1970s cinelli SC with no date NR
rear derailleur and no logo campagnolo brakes.
I know of Cinelli headsets from the 1950s, early 60s, was it common to find
this cinelli washer with Campagnolo headsets?
