Yes. Take the one you have to your LBS and compare it to what they have -- buy the shorter length.

If you have a post of a known size, try that and you'll at least know if it is larger or smaller than what you need. Maybe it will even fit! Take it to your LBS (why not, as long you're going there anyway for the binder bolt?) and have them measure it for you. Or just try the new, shorter binder bolt they have to see if that will clamp your seat post.
