Only two additional things to add regarding twisting a frame where the seat post is locked in a vise.
Prior to twisting, have lots of confidence that the vise and its mount are secure, very secure, lots of force possible.
Also. I have in the past for insurance clamped a rear wheel (cheaper the better) in the frame just to help triangulate everything. Depending on the gorillas working on it (trusted mechanics really, but if beer is the payment.. well) lots of pride at work.
Kroil is from Kano Labratories, in case one needs it, a sample size is avail. usually for the cost of shiping & handling about $8. last I checked. I have seen it seep from crimped closed construction oil cans, pretty amazing.
