I have dealt with this seller before, and had nothing but headache. I bought a chrome Nervex pro frame, which turned out to be very cheaply rechromed and on top of that over a rusted through frame; whick had dings and dents and creases not mentioned. Not only a waste of money for the chroming, but a headache for me. I complained through the ebay-protection and am currently waiting for my refund. The seller never replied to any of my mails. His name is Oliver Ramm.
