Hmmm,

A challenge-location could be a BVVW meeting or at beer night in Scotch Plains. Teams of 2 people each assigned a handlebar and cloth tape. A retained independent East German judge cannot particpate in contest other than judging. Wrapped cloth bars will be judged for eveness and flatness. Winning team* eats for free at the post meeting dinner at local pizza joint.

Classic content: Bar and tape must be within timeline.
