Yeah, I remember that but not quite as fondly. It was a veneer thin plot to dupe kids into buying junk. To be honest, I don't remember the distributors by name but I do remember the sales fliers and retail strategy they offered and it was awful. The bikes might have had some merit but the sales people behind it appeared to be pandering cretins. The F1 bikes are nonexistant but the local BMX track still holds races...
