Ray,

please see the picture of the rear dropout on my 1951 Girardengo. The Name of the Lug maker has been filed off during a rechroming job. I guess it is a Simplex (The Dropouts on the fork are) but trust me, the dropout is the original one, i personally scratched the original paint off it.

Question @Listmembers: possibly one of the oldest frames out there with this style dropout?

other frame details: Fork crown: http://forum.tour-magazin.de/attachment.php?attachmentid=35048 Headlugs: http://forum.tour-magazin.de/attachment.php?attachmentid=35049 Seat clamp (clamp itself modernized) http://forum.tour-magazin.de/attachment.php?attachmentid=35051
