Jerry,

You can add Edco and Miche to that list, although they tended to use the top of the line 5500 and 6600 SLJ derailleurs. I'm sure that there was the obscure use by some other small volume manufacturer, but Simplex was willing to sell to anyone who wanted to use their products. Too bad the customers weren't lining up for them.

stripped <Pretty sure that's a Spidel-badged Simplex SLJ 5000T. As someone mentioned, there were also Peugeot-badged Simplex RD's. I have Simplex RD's badged as Simplex, Spidel, Peugeot, Gipiemme and even Motobecane.>
