Hi all, many thanx for all the replies, also have some new questions that I will list on another posting.

The hole size can be 2.80 - 2.90 mm, also fix it with a very small drop of superglue.

The light tan coloured brake blocks are most likey Victory, but have been told they are a 3 panel block, I'm quite sure mine are a 4 panel block, but I've left them at work, as I had them fitted to a set of brakes, but replaced them with the proper black ones, now that they are being made again. My light tan ones are identical as far as I can recall to the black ones, just the colour.

Re the steel holder, removable stud, I had a NOS GS brake sent to me a while ago, it came with them, I'd never seen them before, only ever seen the loose stud on SR alloy shoe/block holders. I might pull it apart and see if they are the same length as the SR items, not that a part # will ever occur, no doubt looking thru some old parts list will prove worthless.

Well I hope that helped some others apart from myself......regards wayne davidson Invers NZ..........
