Plus, Titan bars (and stems) are usually stamped with a straightforward Manufacturing year code, such as "62" for 1962, etc. There was also a Titan adjustable stem that is pretty nifty. They also made steel seat posts, as well as aluminum ones. They were indeed a Belgian company. Greg Parker stuffed with Holiday foods in Ann Arbor, Michigan

Oh! That's an easy one!!!

The bars and stem are both made by Titan (of Belgium) - perhaps late 1940s through mid-1960s. I think they were located in Belgium.. The names on the bars - (Marcel) Kint, (Albriek/Brik) Schotte, (Sylvere) Maes - were all racers. (Rik) Van Steenbergen was on there also sometimes. Typically .

Titan stuff shows-up in interesting places, including early-1960s Paramounts and lots of swedish Crescent bikes.

I take it these are fitted to a Hobbs???
