I thought the bike was oozing vintage charm, but I'd be concerned particularly about the TT dent, which I can't really judge from the photos. If the bike is mechanically and structurally good that doesn't seem crazy high to me.
I wonder how many people there are like me that don't seriously consider track bikes because they'd seldom get ridden if we bought them?
