I bought some of a retired bike-builder's stash yesterday and am uncertain of the usefulness and market for a few unusual items.
Phil CHP pedals, apparently with Ti spindles. Are these particularly rare? These were used.
A 121mm Stronglight bb with needle AND flat (axial) roller bearings bearing on the flanged spindle. Super-duty, obviously, but I've not seen one before.
A NIB Galli 113mm bb with tapered roller bearings. Another item I'd not seen.
I can provide pictures to the curious. I also came away with some boxed NR posts and a SR headset, new TA cups, Avocet Cartridge headset and bb cups. Also a set of 4 chromed one-piece (w/guides) record brake shoe holders with used pads.
I paid well under $200 for all, including 3 new Super Champ rims and a bag of good small parts. I wish I could dig up troves like this more often. This fellow has a storage unit I haven't even seen yet.
