Chuck, I have seen several 3V frames with Faliero's name on the top tube. When I acquired my 3V, it had Faliero's name on the top tube and Cyclesmith's sticker on the seat tube. When Brian re-sprayed my 3V, I had him place the correct transfers back on the frame. I don't know if Jim Allen was applying Faliero's name on the 3V's or what.
