Gosh, I thought everyone on the CR List (well at least those of you who don't gag at the thought of riding a mere Raleigh) loved the Pro, talk about an icon of the '70s bike boom! I couldn't even imagine spending $500 on a bike back then and these were the bikes usually hung on the wall so the riff-raff wouldn't smudge the paint.

I wish I had Chuck's measuring knack and methods and measure my '75 TI Raleigh Team Pro which is rather different from a Pro. Well, it better have been, costing $400 more back then! Fork rake is something I find hard to get my head around, but this machine handles like a dream and is a pocket rocket of a bike. The kind of bike one feels like smoking a cigarette after riding.

Anyway, Ken might be happier with an International... my Team Pro is the kind of girl I wouldn't bring home to meet the folks quite yet...
