While I can't speak for the exact pedigree of these bosses or say anything about how they might, or might not, work with Simplex gear; I can state that they appear to be identical to the bosses on my 1960's JT and that Huret shifters fit on mine perfectly. (If you are interested in some Huret shifters, send me note off-list).
BTW, your frame also appears to the be same color as mine. Are you planning on posting more photographs?
