Although it has been a few years, I believe that Art used his own design S/S investment cast drop-outs on his frames. I think I have a mismatched p air somewhere, along with a few pieces of his .049 Cro-Mo fronts.

I remember those dropouts. Stainles Stump used some on a few frames a of others as well...
