If it has a flat crown and doesn't have grease fittings on the BB, it's probably a Mod. B. No holes in the lugs means that it is pre-1962 or so. The serial number means NOTHING WHATEVER. How large is the badge and what is its background color? Black and large means early. Blue and smaller means later.
