You forgot the perennial favorite: Campagnolo "Globe" logo brake lever hoods. Or Modolo "Anatomic" brake lever hoods. Both in something more durable than latex.
I wouldn't mind Zeus chainrings, 36-40T sizes especially. Or even a Zeus wool jersey, to bring that thread in as well...
