John and Jane Stinsmen rode with the Lehigh Wheelmen in the 70's and later.
John built race cars as a hobby before building race bikes (under the Veloce name).
As a framebuilder he helped some wannabee racers get a start on the track (at Trexlertown) by taking their old road frames and making them trackworthy. The Velodrome at Trexlertown only allowed bikes with track ends and fixed gears on the track.
I still have an ex-Sears 3-speed with track ends ... track-worthy and crash-worthy
I don't know much about his bikes, but John was/is a great guy.
