Ah, but the very earliest Lamberts had lugged frames. I have a rather scruffy one, the Listmeister has a very nice one.

After Yamaha purchased Viscount, most of the production was moved to Japan and consisted of generic, machine-built lugged steel frames and forks. The lugless, English-built Aerospace Pro quickly disappeared from their product line.
