Down here it was thought that Robert was going to join CSM Persan. Billy Bisland former Scots pro and Arthur Cambell both had raced there. But didn't Graham Jones (England)get a letter to him from Athlectic Club de Boulogne- Billancourt about vacancies at this famous club ?
