I really do owe Ken an apology here, as to any implication that "claims all original finish" might mean the bike is not in its original finish. Just wondering out loud based on my limited experience of seeing maybe only a dozen or so Cinelli's before 1970. Wondering out loud is not always such a good idea, it can come off as quite rude.
