I have an all original 1974 International with the non-eyelet AVA rims with the blue around red decal. I also have a wheelset that was advertised as coming off a Raleigh Pro with the identical rims. The "Pro" hubs are locknut dated 1974 and are spaced 126mm with a 6-speed freewheel that look original. AFAIK, the International never came with 6-speed freewheel while all the Pros did. Another example of Raleigh using what they had?
