In case your don't recognize it, it's a Cinelli 1R that was installed on my 1984 Masi GC. It was NOS when installed, and failed after approximately 2,000 miles of use. I've ridden Cinelli stems exclusively for tons of miles since 1972, including 1R's, and this is my first failure.
Just goes to prove, that no manufacturer is perfect.
