Subject: [CR]Saturday afternoon at the breakers

Having a quite and very rare Saturday off from work (and passing on heading up to York, PA for the motorcycle swap meet so I can save my money for Westchester), I dropped by a recent little gem of a find in Richmond: Richmond ReCycles. Located on the poor end of the college hip district, it's a little brother and sister owned shop dealing almost totally in second hand bikes, parts, and repairs.

Picked up a few more gems to spend the weekend cleaning and reconditioning in the hopes of finding a nice frame at Westchester, I ran across a Stronglight cottered crank set (been doing a lot of that lately, as I've got definite ideas of how I want my next bike equipped, just haven't figured out what frame it's going to be based on). Can someone in the group possibly give me a bit of information on this crank: When was it made, what manufucturers used it, period correctness, etc.?

Also (probably off-topic), if anyone's got a familiarity with what appear to be an aluminum-ish frame marked Vitus tubing, please contact me off list. I've got a couple of questions for you.
