Rob,
I have an early Kieth Lippy bike. It's number 69 and still has the origi nial first generation lippy decals intact. I preserved them and then rep ainted the frame around them. I can send some photos if you like. What d o you need to know exactly?
I also have Lippy frame number 18 I believe. It's been crashed and is in parts; but I have all of the pieces to put new tubes in the frame if I chose to. It's a large frame and has a rear rack attached to the frame. Both of the bikes are road/touring geometry. Mine is a very beautiful bi ke with longpoint Prugnuat lugs and a Nervex fork crown. The 16mm seat s tay caps are the most graceful 16mm caps I've ever seen.
Hope this helps.
Brian Baylis La Mesa, CA Going to brush off the bat guano from my bike (just for you, Pergs) and leave the cave long enough to ride the 200K brevet on Saturday. Shouldn' t take more than a few hours, right?

My question is about the decals...... Do any of you have an early Lippy?"
Rob, Brian Baylis is the Lippy info man. However, he is hold up in his cave these days working on a very, very special project that's either for The Frame Builders Show in March or NASA. Call him. Having visited the cave on more then one occasion, be careful of the bat guano and don't turn on the BIG lights as he usually only works with the 10 watt bulb on.
