Does anybody on the list have any knowledge of Westwood 28" alloy rims? An accomplice has a couple of sets, 40/32s, plus quite a few yellow and red label Fiammes that fall into my zone of interest. 28" rims just bounce off my radar, so maybe someone on the list might have a need. Have posted a couple of shots of a French track bike - to me it looks like a 60s, but for all of those Francophiles that lurk - speak up please. Essentially I am after the identity of the builder. The frame could have been constructed by Bernard Carre, but am hoping that lugwork etc might indicate a probable origin. Bike was repainted 20 years ago, hence specific 531 decal.
