Since your frame is a 74, you may not experience the brake reach difficulties mentioned by other responders to your post. I have Suntour Superbe sidepulls on my 74 Int, with 700 C wheels, and did not have to use drop bolts. I've seen others with Campy brakes too. Might have had to shave just a little off the upper edge / corner of the brake pads to keep them from hitting the tire, but I don't remember now. I do encounter more pronounced brake reach problems with earlier Raleigh frames that originally came with Weinmann centerpulls. Usually worse in the rear. Just one of those chronic irritants. Borrow a few sidepull calipers if you can, and see what really fits. The Suntours and Campys do look nice.
