Sorry guys, but I see some problems with the ID.
I'm staring right at my 1969 Professional and comparing to the listing. The head lugs are different (the head lugs on my Professional are a smooth sweep across the top and bottom), the bike for sale has a brazed on cable guide at the bottom bracket and the fork is completely wrong. 120mm rear spacing (vice 126 on mine), and 27.0 seatpost (vice 27.2). Other than that, I can see how you might make that assessment. ;-)
It certainly is one of Raleigh's top models, but I very much doubt it is a Professional. Maybe if the Sultan would post the serial number, it would help clear things up.
