I'm not sure TTT ever made bars with a 25.0 or 25.4 center section, unless it was when they were called Ambrosio. All the TTT bars I've seen were 26.0. The mid-70's Raleigh Pros did use a TTT stem with slightly mismatched 25.4 GB bars, but that's another story.
