It sounds similar to the latex liquid sold by Birkenstock which is called "Cork Life." I'm not sure of it's adhesive qualities, you try it and tell us how it goes! Many years ago I did buy a liquid latex for the base tape and sidewalls of my tires. It seemed to be very similar to Cork Life and if I was running tubs I'd go ahead and do it. However, as I remember, the only time I ever rolled a tire it was base tape related! Craig Ryan Noblesville, IN USA
