I agree with the other replies as I have just finished restoring one and have yet another in my stable. I've seen the Windsor Carrera listed as anything from an "unknown Italian race bike" to an "unmarked Japanese bike", all without decals. Perhaps wrong, but I emailed the seller that it wasn't a Zeus, but a Windsor.
