The frame looks exactly like a repainted Windsor Carrera Sport, 'cept this one has Euro parts instead of mid-lo-end Japanese, like mine has. Quite heavy, mine, which also has a kickstand plate brazed on and features a 75-degree seat-tube angle in a 58cm C-C frame size.
