Hi all: I don't remember the fellow's name, CBS (Canadian Bicycle Specialists) bikes were made in a small shop in the Fairfield area here in Victoria BC, in the 80's. As you might imagine, his full-531 frames were quite popular locally. His work was superb: when I (foolishly) decided to modernize my Gitane TdF with braze-ons, I had CBS do the work, and it was top notch. Cheers, Sherry Buttnor. Victoria BC.
