I don't remember all of it but Teledynes came in 21", 22" , 23", 24" seat tube sizes, essentially center to top.

I don't remember about a 19", maybe.

Top tubes were 21.5" for the 22" frame, 22" for the 23" frame, 22.5" for the 24" frame

I can't be certian of the others but a pattern shows.

They came 74 degrees parallel for the 21, 22, 23 & 24" sizes.

BB drop was also the same throughout. Basically provided a bb height of 10.625 to 10.75, depending on the tire.

Track frames were by special order, but I am pretty sure they only made two.

Frames shipped with Shimano first generation Dura-Ace headsets, seat binder bolt and top tube cable clips.

With the steep seat angle, the typical raceer ended up with a long stem for the period often, 13 to 14cm quite often.
