Interesting Pogliaghi here. Made by Emiliano Freschi. The seat-cluster arrangement is as good as a Freschi signature. I'd assume it was made just before Rossin took over.. perhaps Freschi made the Rossin Pogliaghis for awhile, until he himself went out on his own.

Nice frame... that poses the usual question: is it a real pogliaghi? I suppose the answer to that question is, it all depends on how you view this kind of thing. It probably rides nice, whatever else you could say about it.

I wouldn't pay 1500 for it..but that's just me. Maybe 700?
