I have been offered a possible Hetchins frameset,the guy is ligit and openly admits that he's not sure if it is a Hetchins or not,it is a 'curly' from the 60's are there any foolproof ways of telling if it is correct or not? how much should I pay or should I even bother if it's not a Hetchins? The guy is not really clued up on collectable cycles but has been completely honest in previous dealings.
