Jeff: Rebuild, Si. Repaint/restore, No, Non, Nein, Nyet. Clean 'em up, assemble, ride, and enjoy. Anymore than that, and the entire wrath of the CR List will come down upon you, yea to the third and fourth generation. We'll thrust you through the the gantlet, prod you along with sharp rusty spokes, and thrash you with old gutta and shellac laden sew-ups! For starters. That's a great bike, would that all our used machines be that clean and
fixable.
Treasure and enjoy!
