--------------------------------------------------

Sakae / Ringyo (SR) Laprade seat post - one piece cast alloy with flutes - single bolt micro-adjusting clamp - 190 mm x 26.8 mm (125 mm above the limit line as measured to the rail clamps) - model Laprade - [Used but not much - removed from an early 1980's bike that was never ridden beyond the length of the driveway a couple of times before being stored indoors for twenty five years - one minor mark at the very bottom of the post well below the insertion limit line - any few remaining marks to be found are so superficial in nature that they will almost certainly disappear with a simple application of Simichrome - worthy of all but the most fanatical restoration, or simply put it to use as the highly functional seat post it is] - $15.00

Royal Gran Compe anatomic brake lever hoods - one matched pair - brown / gum rubber coloration - designed for levers having standard non-aero "out the top" cable routing - introduced in either 1984 or 1985 if I recall correctly as basically a copy of the original and more famous Modolo 919 Anatomic brake lever hood from 1982 - like its Modolo counterpart, these RGC hoods are also a perfect fit when paired with Campagnolo NR / SR / GS / Triomphe / and Victory levers as well as other vintage clones like Modolo Pro / Speeedy / Flash / Competition / Equipe / Super Prestige, SunTour Superbe / Superbe Pro, as well as early Shimano Dura-Ace / 600EX, and of course Royal Gran Compe / Aero Gran Compe levers - model RGC202.1/BR - [Used in very good condition - extremely slight discolorations along their leading underside edges that will likely come off with application of a solvent - one less than 1/2 mm notch on the underside of the right hood from where a brake lever was pulled back into the rubber under hard braking - otherwise, no rips, no tears, no scuffs, nor other markings - still appropriately supple and ready for many more years of use - these hoods are, to use the Queen's English, "handed" which means that you had best pay heed to the "Right" and "Left" markings so as to note which side is which upon installation lest you accidentally negate any ergonomic advantage to be had] - $10.00 for the pair

Simplex retrofriction shift lever - singleton right side "orphan" control lever - original first edition 1974 to 1977 version having solid lever handle with the Simplex "starburst" logo - suitable for braze-on mounting or clamp-on if you adapt it to something along the lines of an SLJ, Criterium, or Prestige downtube clamp - this is the less common type with the additional extrusion on the lower part of the housing (...does anyone out there know what this appendage was for anyway?) - the ultimate in downtube shifters from this era, or any other for that matter - [NOS without packaging - perfect cosmetics as well as functionality - put it to immediate use, squirrel it away for the future, or gut it for parts like its internal spring] - $15.00 for the only lonely.

Simplex Criterium downtube shift lever clamp - this is the clamp, and only the clamp (...well, actually it does come with the securing nut and bolt - but nothing else) - [Used but in such near perfect condition that it could easily pass for NOS - use this clamp to mount a set of standard Simplex Criterium shift levers as was originally intended … or ... you can use it to adapt a set of otherwise braze-on mount Simplex first or second edition retrofriction shift levers for use on a frameset not having downtube shifter boss mounts] - $5.00 for the clamp.

P.S. Hey Eric, those NOS Campagnolo "long arm / short reach" brake levers are ready for you now if you are still interested. Please let me know....
