Certainly. DA brakes would not look right on an otherwise all-campag bike. And if the buyer wants it just like it was originally sold, you'd better find that kickstand. ;) (Still shaking my head, wondering whet kind of person would order a Paramount with a kickstand. Probably also had a Corvette with curb feelers.)
