Thanks Jon: Having not seen Velographics actual product, and Dave's original post was looking for varnish apply decals and specifically not vinyl, I wonder what form they are in and how are the VeloGraphics decals made? I (perhaps incorrectly) assumed they were on vinyl but no?

Thanks Dale

Mike at Velographics is great to work with. He's back in business after searching for a new printer to do the production of the graphics after doing the art work himself. He is most likely a bit backed up on work at the moment. I currently have him working on a set of decals for my Gazelle Champion Mondial, and had him do the custom decals on the Centurion that I repainted this time last year.
