Cycling Hall of Fame mentions today is the birthday of Spanicsh rider Emilio Rodriguez (Barros) and includes a picture of him wearing a jersey I've never seen before:

I know in 1951-52 he rode for Sangalhos (Portugal), but this jersey looks like "YO" or "YA" or YG"???
Any ideas?
