As has been previously noted, it looks like a legitimate seller
whose eBay ID has been hijacked. How many - if any - valid
sellers have this in their auctions?
"IMPORTANT: do not use ebay checkout. Contact
me before making payment for correct PayPal ID."
These auctions do... and such a paragraph in an eBay listing is
akin to saying "Please note: I am a scammer. Do not expect to
receive any goods afer payment." But as is sometimes written
on this list, "your mileage may vary." :-D
