I believe Ebay had a free listing period over the Thanksgiving weekend. I saw several other sellers with listings with no photos, and short descriptions, that mentioned "more info to be added later". It's quite common that experienced ebay sellers take these special listing periods to put up a ton of products, since it cost them nothing but their time.

Of course, it could just as well be a scam. Buyer beware, as always.
