Howdy folks.
I have a pair of shopworn but unmounted Honjos, the wider smooth ones. I held them on a bike with true 28mm tires and the radius of the fender seemed much bigger than that of the wheel/tire. I am wondering if they might be for 27" wheels or something like that. I see in the new Bicycle Quarterly that you should squeeze and/or widen the fender width to make it follow the tire better, but these seem like they would take a lot of manipulating. Any ideas?
