I think I heard that the 3V's are being built here in the states by a

framebuilder named Russ Denney. He used to work for Dave Moulton "back

in the day". I think this is what I heard in casual conversation

within recent months. Haro now owns the rights to the Faliero Masi

name in the Western Hemishpere.
