Yes, unless I'm missing something, it's a de Rosa ordinaire--now at $5100, though, thanks to the confusing claim that it is the "same bike" (same TYPE of bike, sort of, maybe?) used by Merckx and the original, fraudulent picture. I complained about this one to eBay, and I'm frankly surprised it's still up. The charitable interpretation is that it's a new seller, who doesn't seem to know how to present one's item correctly. The less charitable interpretation goes way downhill from there...
