I haven't paid close attention to all the variations of Paramount, but I did notice the seat & chain stay-to-rear dropout attachment technique on this bike is different from all of the Paramounts I have owned and looked closely at. Instead of a large smooth filet of brass, this frame has neat pointed stay ends and a clear edge or shelf.... Maybe this indicates the work of the couple (male & female) the seller quotes "Bill" having identified as the builders... (Is that our buddy Bill Curtis making that comment?)
